My family chose Bev Harris and Stephen Taylor from Bayleys to market our parents property because they both had a lovely non pressured, warm and sincere approach that we felt our elderly parents would relate to. We were not disappointed. Bev and Stephen were totally professional and went beyond the call of duty-they organised the stager, who did an amazing job for a very reasonable fee: They were even prepared to mow the lawns themselves and put out the wheelie bin during the dreadful lockdown we were so unfortunate to get caught up in. They kept us up to date with all developments via and email, helped us sell surplus furniture and incidentals to the purchasers and best of all, their marketing and commission fees were considerably less than other companies.
